Regulations about the membership fees of International Public Organization

«International Foundation

«Mutual Understanding and Tolerance»

 

Regulations about membership fees of International Public Organization «International foundation «Mutual Understanding and Tolerance» is developed in accordance with the Status of the International Public Organization «International foundation «Mutual Understanding and Tolerance».

Regulations about membership fees of International Public Organization «International foundation «Mutual Understanding and Tolerance» (farther -  Foundation) determines an order of the entrance, membership and voluntary fees by the members of the Foundation, candidates in Foundation membership and other interested persons.

 

Article 1. General Regulations

 

1.1.          Affiliation fees are payments as an irretrievable financial help, which are paid the individual or collective member of Foundation non-permanent at acceptance to the members of Foundation.

1.2.          Membership fees are payments as an irretrievable financial help, which are paid the individual or collective member of Foundation annually during all term of his staying in Foundation membership.

1.3.   Voluntary payments are donations as an irretrievable financial help, which are paid members or other interested persons for realization of the Regulation aims and tasks of the Foundation, projects and programs within the Regulation activity of Foundation.

1.4. The members of Foundation pay an entrance fee at entering into Foundation and in future pay annual membership fees.

1.5. The entrance fee is paid regardless of the fact of being the candidate the member of Foundation.

1.6. Entrance fees to Foundation can be as property (equipment, auto transport and etc.), rights for using intellectual property, other property rights and also money in the national currency of Ukraine and in foreign currency too.

1.7. On voluntary leaving or exception from the members of Foundation the entrance, membership and voluntary fees are not returned.

1.8. Receipts from payments of Foundation members are used by Foundation for realization of the Foundation and local branches regulation aims and tasks, for realization of the projects and programs, developing of material and technical basis, registration of the necessary member documents and maintenance of the Regulation bodies of the Foundation.

 

Article 2.The rate of the entrance and annual membership fees

 

2.1. The rate of the entrance and annual fees is established by the decision of General Meeting of the Foundation.

2.2. The rate of individual member fee of Foundation is 50 (fifty) UAH. 

2.3. The rate of annual membership fee of individual member is 150 (one hundred and fifty) UAH. 

2.4. The rate of affiliation fee of collective member is 500 (five hundred) UAH.  2.5. The rate of annual membership fee of collective member is 1500 (one thousand five hundred) UAH.

 

Article 3. Deferring of the fees payments, diminishing of the payments rates, liberation from fees

 

3.1. In some cases the Foundation Management can give for the members of Foundation such privileges: 

- the installment system of payment of annual membership fees;

- the deferring of payment of annual membership fees;

- the diminishing of the rate of annual membership fees;

- the release from payment of the entrance and/or annual membership fees.

3.2. The decision concerning giving the privileges at payment the fees is made by the Foundation Management on the basis of the person application. The decision made by the Foundation Management which concerning the privileges operates during a membership year when application was handed in.

3.3. Applications are examined by the Foundation Management in a one-month term, the proper decision for which is sent for the declarant.

3.4. Installment system of annual membership fees provides the payment of annual membership fee by the parts. The rate of the payments and term of clearing liabilities are set by the Foundation Management.

3.5. The installment system of annual membership fees is given on a term no more then three month.

3.6. In some cases according to the decision of Foundation Management for the member of Foundation can be the diminished rate of annual membership fee or he can be free from the affiliation and/or annual membership fee. 

3.7. The Honorary members of Foundation are free from the payment of entrance and annual membership fees by their wish.

 

Article 4. An order of the entrance, members and voluntary fees payment

4.1. The payment of the member fees are made personally by the each member of the Foundation (management body of collective member) by transferring them through the banks of Ukraine into the settlement account of the Foundation.

4.2. The entrance and first annual member fees are paid by the declarant at the latest 30 (thirty) days after receiving the Foundation Management. By the wish the declarant can pay such payments to acceptance the decision by the Management about the affiliating of declarant in the Foundation. In this case a copy of payment order for transferring the entrance and annual fees with the stamp of the bank or copy of the receipt are added to the application about acceptance to the Foundation. 4.3. Entrance and annual membership fees on applications about affiliating in Foundation, given to September, 1st of cy, are put as entrance and annual membership fees for the cy. The date of the handing in the proper application to the Foundation is the date of the application.

4.4. Annual membership fees are paid to February, 1st of year, for which must be membership fees paid.

4.5. For confirmation of affiliation payment and/or annual membership fee the member of Foundation keeps payment order on transferring the donation with the stamp of the bank or the receipt during a year.

4.6. Entrance and annual membership fees are considered paid from the moment of receipt of money on the settlement account of Foundation. 

4.7. Non-payment of the membership fees by member fully or partly in a certain term draws the halt of his membership in Foundation after month from the moment of the debt. After debt liquidation the membership is recommenced from the first number of the month, next after the month debt liquidation. If the debt is more then 6 months the person is left out from the Foundation by the Management.

4.8. Membership in Foundation can be renewed in accordance with the conditions set in the Statute about membership, by the repeated entering into Foundation on condition of payment entrance and annual membership fees.

4.9. The account of entrance and annual membership fees and control after them is made by the Management of The Foundation.

4.10. The members of Foundation and persons, who are not the members of Foundation, have a right to pass for the Foundation in any period and in any rate the voluntary payments on realization of the projects and programs, Regulation purposes and Statute aims.  

4.11. At payment of entrance, annual membership, voluntary(charitable, having a special purpose) fees, members of Foundation must sharply point the type of payment in pay documents:

4.11.1. entrance fee;

4.11.2. annual membership fee;

4.11.3. charitable contribution;

4.11.4. having a special purpose contribution on (name of measure, project, program).

4.12. Fees which came on the account of Foundation are spent for providing of Regulation and program activity of the Foundation.

4.12.1. Not less than 25 % from the total sum of receipts from the members of local branches of the Foundation are spent for the development of Regulation and program activity of local branches from which this money came from.

 

Article 5. Order of the approval, making changes and add-ins to this Regulation

 

5.1. This Statute goes into effect from the moment of his approval by the General Meetings of the Foundation.

5.2. Add-ins and changes to this Statute can be made alteration for consideration of General Meeting by the members of Foundation, by the leading and other bodies of the Foundation and go into effect after their approval by the General Meetings of the Foundation.

5.3. All questions which are not regulated by the Statute of Foundation, this Regulation and internal documents of Foundation are considered in accordance with the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine.
